1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to consumer purchases through Crackerworld. The seller is Refayce Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13260208. Registered office: Ty Dewin, 16 Station Road, Port Talbot, Wales, SA13 1JB. Crackerworld is a product of Refayce Ltd. Contact us at crackers@crackerworld.com. The registered office is not a returns address unless we tell you otherwise.

2. The product

Each Dog Cracker contains two complete handmade hemp rope toys and the festive contents described at checkout. Handmade dimensions, knots, leather, cotton pattern, paper and colour placement can vary slightly. Product photographs are illustrative, but we take reasonable care to describe materials, size and contents accurately.

Safety: this is an interactive dog toy for supervised pulling and play. It is not intended for prolonged or destructive chewing and is not a child’s toy. Inspect it before and after every use. Remove it immediately if damaged or if fibres or parts become loose. Remove all paper, packaging and inserts after opening. Use the bandana only under supervision and make sure it does not restrict breathing or movement.

3. Eligibility and ordering

You must be 18 or over and provide complete, accurate contact and delivery information. Before payment you can review the size, quantity, destination, product subtotal and delivery price. You can correct errors by closing or returning from Stripe Checkout.

Your order is placed when Stripe confirms successful payment. We then send a paid receipt to the email you supplied. A contract forms at that point. If we cannot accept or fulfil the order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any UK tax that applies to the sale. Delivery is shown separately before payment. Stripe securely processes payment; we do not receive or store your full card number.

5. Pre-order and delivery

This first release is a pre-order. Dispatch begins on 1 November 2026. The checkout and our delivery & returns page show the destination, delivery charge and expected transit time. If a material delay occurs, we will tell you promptly and offer a revised date or the option to cancel for a full refund.

Launch checkout is available to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and the United States. US delivery prices include import duty. To comply with plant-health rules, US orders receive a seed-free surprise gift instead of the plantable insert. We do not currently accept checkout orders for Northern Ireland, the EU/EEA or other destinations.

6. Cancellation, returns and faults

You may cancel before dispatch by emailing us. For most online purchases you also have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you are cancelling, followed by 14 days to send them back. The detailed process, model cancellation form and refund timing are on our delivery & returns page.

You are responsible for reasonable return postage when you simply change your mind. We pay reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or sent in error. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed, or business loss arising from a consumer purchase.

8. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you, take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and preserve any cancellation or refund rights the law gives you.

9. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. If you live outside England and Wales, mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected. Please send complaints to crackers@crackerworld.com.
