What the site uses
Crackerworld currently uses one first-party cookie, and only in the private retailer area.

Because this cookie is required to provide the retailer access requested by the user, consent is not required. We do not set analytics, advertising, social-media or personalisation cookies, so the main site does not display a consent banner.
Cookie-free traffic measurement
We use first-party, server-side measurement to count visits and understand the path from a social post to checkout. It records the page, referring source or campaign, broad device type and country, and conversion events such as opening checkout. It does not place anything in your browser, build a cross-site profile or share your visit with an advertising network. Our privacy notice explains the information, legal basis and retention period.
Checkout and forms
When you choose secure checkout you leave Crackerworld for Stripe, which may use cookies under its own cookie policy. When you submit a vote or enquiry, FormSubmit processes the form under its own service and privacy terms. Those providers control cookies on their own domains.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking the retailer access cookie means the private retailer area will not stay unlocked. If we add non-essential cookies later, we will update this notice and ask for consent before setting them.
